Our work starts during the design phase with your architect so that wiring, panels, and layouts are planned right from the start—not added after walls are framed.
Los Angeles homes are diverse: some are older Midcentury layouts that need service upgrades to support modern loads like EV chargers and heat pumps; others are new construction where we coordinate with the architect to plan everything. We install Lutron lighting and motorized shades, home theater and whole-home audio, Generac standby generators, electrical panels and subpanels, EV chargers, structured wiring for data and security cameras, and landscape and architectural lighting.
Call to discuss your project—whether it's new construction, an addition, a renovation, or a system upgrade. We'll walk you through options and send you a written scope and cost before any work begins.

Where we work
Good to know
It lets you set lighting scenes for different times of day or activities, dim lights from a phone or wall pad, and adjust shades on a schedule. You can automate your whole home or just one room—it works with most bulbs and fixtures.
Yes, but the wiring and installation scope depend on your home's age and layout. New construction is simpler because we plan the circuits and wiring during design. A retrofit costs more because we need to run new wiring or use wireless controls where hard-wiring is not practical.
HomeWorks is the wired, whole-estate platform we specify on new construction and full renovations; RadioRA 3 covers most homes and every retrofit. We choose from the lighting plan and the number of zones, and we put the system, the keypad schedule and the shade list in writing before any wire is pulled.
